What could you do if you fully trusted the decisions you make?

There’s something interesting I’ve noticed lately.
A pattern that shows up in coaching calls, in DMs, in comments, and honestly… in my own head, too.
It’s this:
We finally get clear on what we want—but still can’t seem to take action.
Not because we’re confused.
Not because we don’t care.
But because we don’t fully trust ourselves.
I see this in members of Clarity Lab who know they need to make a change… but hesitate.
In professionals who want to pivot their work… but keep asking for one more sign.
In people like me, who have sat with the same decision for months—even after finding clarity—just hoping to feel certain before they leap.
And I get it.
Certainty feels safe.
But here’s the hard truth I’ve had to learn:
Clarity isn’t enough without self-trust.
You can know what matters most.
You can map out the steps.
But if you don’t believe in your ability to follow through or figure things out along the way, you’ll stay stuck.
That’s how we get caught in indecision.
How we overthink, stall, and default to what’s familiar.
And when that happens, we’re quick to believe that something’s wrong with us.
That we’re broken.
But that’s not true.
It doesn’t mean you’re broken.
It just means your self-trust hasn’t caught up with your clarity yet.
And that’s a gap we can close.
See, self-trust isn’t something you wait for. It’s something you build.
And you build it by showing up.
By backing yourself, even when you feel shaky.
By taking action, not because you’re certain—but because you’re committed.
So this week, ask yourself:
What decision am I avoiding—not because I’m unclear… but because I’m scared I won’t follow through?
Then take one small step to prove that fear wrong.
And if this is exactly what you’ve been needing, the Declutter Breakthrough Challenge might be your next step.
